I have had an unconventional journey towards furniture making; I graduated with a degree in Journalism at the London College of Communication back in 2011, and having briefly worked for a newspaper, I decided it was not for me. I then found I enjoyed carpentry and signed on to study at the Lyme Regis Boat Building Academy. After this training, I worked for a high end bespoke furniture company in London for six years. Then, seeking a new challenge, I moved to the Cotswolds to work for award winning company Elliot and Co for four years. Having worked with and learned from many highly skilled people, I felt ready to start my own company.
